I ordered this item to repair an expensive electric recliner. Shipping was on time however the box was severely damaged. the item i received is not what is in the listing description. The model codes are vastly different and what I received is not compatible. I messaged the seller when this was discovered on 24/03/2024 at 11am. As of 26/03/2024 10pm I have had no response from the seller and am rather frustrated because of the large out of pocket cost to myself and long wait time for the item.
