Communication was generic on the whole, but like they said they are a big company and mistakes happen. Wasn't the best service to be fair, but that could have just been my experience as it is the lead up to Christmas and they are probably flat out? Would I use them again? Probably not because I don't often buy books new. It's a good book though.
