I ordered 3 of these, came packaged as new but very poor quality, exceptionally thin and almost no fluff. I contacted the seller stating that their image and description was very different to what was received, he offered a £2 refund which I accepted thinking it was £2 each as I had 3. Full refund was £2 even though I paid alot more, seller couldn't be less helpful if he tried, I have enclosed pictures of my item and a picture of his item for you to comepare Very poor product and customer care

AVOID THIS SELLER. I believe I ordered a LARGE RUBBER snake as in the advert title. I got a small plastic snake 11cm long(see picture). Item I received was not what the advert title described it as. Contacted the seller & message received stating the item dimension:-
"Product Size:11.2*5.5*1.2cm/4.41*2.17*0.47in" At the very least this is misleading, I bought this item because of the title describing a large rubber snake, the reality was in the small print. Lesson learnt about this seller.
