It smells strong but when I rubbed it in I felt nothing no warming sensation so I wouldn't use again the product isn't for me might work on somebody else.

It has massively reduced the pain compared to the tiger balm and 10% ibuprofen gel which gave no relief. A small amount goes a long way. My pain was on the inner side of my knees but I rubbed the ointment all around & on my kneecap and the pain relief was significant. The ointment does not heat up as it is the capsicum ingredient that works when absorbed in the skin
