This was a perfect transaction from start to the arrival of the lamp. There was excellent communication with the seller who answered all of my questions. The heavy lamp was expertly packed against any damage during shipping. As a result, the lamp arrived in the condition described by the seller. The seller even took the time to place items related to the lamp in a plastic zipped bag so that they would not get lost during shipping. The lamp now has new feet and a shade and is gorgeous. A+++
