      Good addition to Sense machine

      This coffee duck works well when using ground coffee. It's a bit fiddly as it's important to ensure no grounds make it out of the duck and into the Sense itself, but it allows for lots of flexibility in coffee varieties and strength (and even loose tea, which I've yet to try). It does give a very small amount of froth, not nearly as much as the coffee pads, but that's fine.

      Unsatisfactory in use

      Coffee grind is very critical. Too fine blocks filter and reduces amout of water flow, too coarse and water flows through too quickly and coffee is weak. Can be messy in use when coffee grinds leak out around filter pod plastic top filter. Top filter also sticks down after use and somtimes requires tweasers to grip onto it's small tab to pull it out of holder. I have gone back to using regular coffee pads in the Senso supplied filter and would not recommend the coffee duck.

      Expands your coffee options

      By using the coffeeduck one is able to use any ground coffee on the planet in your senseo machine. It enables you to broaden the good choice of senseo pods to any fine ground coffe. A tip is to buy/make yourself a rammer to tamp down the coffee before brewing as it enhances/strengthens the flavour. The coffeeduck was so good I bought another. A must have for a senseo machine

      Coffe duck

      Easy to use I am sure over time great savings will be made over using coffee pads. coffee is not quiet as frothy as it is made with pads but is as tasty.
