Seller was brilliant - my item took several days to arrive due to courier issues (Evri) which were not the sellers fault and on receipt found clock had blistered paintwork so asked to return. Messaged seller as an aside to inform them of issues with courier for their information - in case they wanted to avoid using Evri in the future! Seller replied quickly to apologise for the issues that weren’t their fault and issued a full refund and told me to keep the clock, no need to return. Thank you

The Acctim Earl Wall Clock, looks lovely and it arrived on time.
However, after a few days of receiving item, l unpacked it and found the clock damaged in 2 places on the black trim surrounding the face.
The back of the clock was encased in a box and so protected. The face only had a thin piece of loose bubble wrap. I contacted eBay and they wrote back to say l would get a refund. Within 4 days l received my refund. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround, it was greatly appreciated.
