The 500 bottle needs you to keep pushing the button when you are using it and release it to stop it. Other models have a click button. I use it almost everyday, at the beginning is really a pain, but it gets better after few days and it's really useful for allergy, flu, covid, smokers and in general to keep your nose clean and breathe better. I boil some water for 3 minutes and let it cool, you can add a pinch of salt when it's still hot.
