    Excellent product

    I have bought few of these. I think they are very efficient and easy to use and clean. The length is adaptable which is very convenient. Excellent value as you get the mop with an extra head. I don't give 5 stars because they don't last as long as I would like it but it's so good that I don't mind keep buying these.

    telescopic handled mop

    Mop was delivered in good time. Mop heads are great quality but telescopic handle keeps retracting and going back to half its length at any small pressure when mopping, very annoying. Maybe theres a hidden mechanism that keeps the mop handle at full length, I havent as yet found it. I put one of the new heads onto my old rigid handle and carried on.

    The handle is a telescopic one as opposed to the one pictured, that being a fixed length. In fact this presents no problem. Otherwise great value

    Vileda mop and pole

    Vileda has always been a great mop. The pole though tends to fold down when using in it on the squeezing out of the mop. But overall its a good mop .
