RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALPursuant to and within the limits of Art. 64 of the Italian Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, the customer has the right, within 10 working days from receipt of the products purchased, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting in the right to return the products received and get the money refunded.This right applies to all products contained in Winternity.com site, with the exclusion of peremptory audiovisual or software products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the customer.Also in accordance with the above mentioned Law 206/2005 it should be noted that the return right is reserved exclusively for consumer customers and that is only to individuals who purchase products for their own use and act for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does do not make the purchase indicating when ordering a VAT.To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact the team of Customer Support Winternity s.a.s .: info@winternity.com.Upon receipt of the communication, Winternity s.a.s. notify the customer of the procedures and the return number.The customer shall promptly make the shipment to the address from Winternity s.a.s.
