Absolutely terrible customer service , ordered this jack , arrived with damage and rust , contacted seller and after 1 day, they stopped replying completely, took nearly 2 weeks to resolve my issue and seller only started replying once I got eBay to step in and help , absolutely avoid at all costs , not worth the hassle as clearly selling defected goods and do not want to put it right when there’s an issue .

Removed 17mm hex aluminium strainer cap. Hex was rounded but the 17mm, extractor removed it on the first attempt. Wasn’t sure with it being aluminium that these would work. Good value would recommend.
