The item was advertised as new but it wasn't, and it wasn't the item in the photo. It arrived sealed and with no shipping damage. The parts that were broken off the PCB did not exist in the packaging, and could not have fallen out as they were far too large. Upon further inspection, there were also wear marks on every single connection point to indicate the item was not exactly new, either. Possibly tested, or installed once. I am currently unable to contact the seller directly.

Great drive , the one to buy
This is a very quite drive,when in operation. It has fast access and is working very well. I noticed it is far quieter than most of the 2.5" drives I have, which number 20+. A highly recommended drive.
