    There was a delay in posting but not as long as 10 days although it was longer than i realised,i did respond to his request and gave a full refund,things happen sometimes,there was no understanding and he was a bit over dramatic,"Worst experience in 17 years on Ebay",a little less attitude and more understanding would have resolved the issue more amicably,it was only a hat so was hardly required urgently,i accept his disappointment but a little less self entitlement would have been appreciated
