If you are purchasing one of our REBUILD SERVICES (Own unit Rebuild)...

Make sure that the part number matches the ones listed in the auction or that the unit looks exactly like the one in the picture. If you are at all unsure, then please call us on: 01773535638 9am-5:30pm mon-fri before buying the item. After the item has been purchased we will email you with full instructions for shipping. For most items, repairs take 2-3 days in the workshop, some may take longer.When the rebuild has been completed we will always contact you and then ship it back.

Not all parts can be repaired. If your part is not repairable, we will refund your payment and ship it back to you (there may be a return postage cost of around £8.90 inside the UK). After the item has been paid for successfully, we will ship you a remanufactured unit, usually within 1-2 working days. Once you have installed the unit, you need to ship back your non-working part to us in the same box with with the returns sheet provided. For international orders, a core charge of £80 is required up front. This is payable via Pay-Pal or credit card and will be refunded back to you once we receive your old unit back (in re-buildable condition). It is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping your unit back to us.
