Good replacement for Mercedes SLK but needs minor modification on original plastic adaptor.
Works well. Nothing wrong with the function of this, but this unit has an 8mm fitting at the top end for the adapter, instead of the 6mm original on the Mercedes SLK. Easy enough to drill and tap an 8mm hole in the original plastic adaptor to accommodate the 8mm stud.
