All returns must be posted back to us within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached – except where being returned as faulty. All returned Items must be returned in original packaging.
Purchased items should be fully inspected by the buyer before use. Items which arrive incomplete, broken or damaged items must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived.
 
3. Returns process
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided by eBay.
