While the items arrived quickly, I did not want to use the product due to its condition and was honest with the seller, providing photos as requested. They were very fair and understandable, giving me a partial refund and not needing to return the item. They also seemed to take feedback well, so I appreciated the professionalism! I will eventually use the refunded portion to repurpose the items before installing onto my car.

I was pleasantly surprised today, these items arrived much earlier than expected. However this is because the tracking statuses were not accurate. It’s a bit stressful. The item is 100% exactly what’s described in the advertised post. I will still rate this a 5 but the seller needs to work on providing accurate tracking.
