The response from this company to a damaged garden seat was fantastic, the chair arrived in a damaged condition, I contacted the seller and was told a replacement would be delivered a week later, the replacement arrived already built and the driver took the damaged one away. I was blown away by the the service they provided. Excellent service. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Yodel as a company leave a lot to be desired for professionalism. Our item was despatched on time but the tracking advice from the delivery showed the item had reached our nearest delivery hub but then they decided to reroute it via the North Wales town of Wrexham And when it finally arrived it was hidden away at the back of our house with no info for where it was. When we finally found it the next morning both the packaging and the item itself was wet through.

Ordered items as 3 day delivery. Waited over a week for delivery. Had bought plants in advance to populate the troths that sat for 5 days. Communication from seller poor. I’d question the items were in stock as when I opened the boxes the fumes from troth treatment was very strong.
All in all I wouldn’t recommend this seller.
