Item delivered in given time frame. Item was damaged like it was run over by a tractor, but I carefully hammered it to the original shape. No point send back and forth because now it is usable. I am not asking any discount or refund either. I thought parcel was lost and their customer service is very responsive and traced it down with excellent attitude.
