these were advertised as NEW and showed a picture of insoles with original box and packaging. i received the insoles (not box or original packaging) shoved into a poly bag. the insoles had gotten bent in half. i really need the insoles so i did my best to flatten them out for use the next day. they are ok i guess, but when you advertise something as new, it better be new and what you pictured. i reached out to seller who offered a 10% refund (which i still haven't received) buy from someone else
