Great item. Item as described and works as described. No tracking updates until package arrived at local USPS regional office but may not have been a seller issue. Only showing label created but USPS did not have package. Took two days to receive a reply on shipping concerns from seller. Only after item was in hand and installed , I did get a reply from seller.

I ordered 2 shower heads, only got 1, contacted the seller, he wrote me back a couple of days later wanting a picture of the box with the shipping label. I told him i had already sent the box out for recycle, he claimed he would get back to me, but STILL WAITING! I told him any business would have records on what was sent, and what was paid. I guess he thinks he can tell me he is going to check into it, and then not make the deal right. Guess again! I never leave bad reviews until now.
