Bumper was exactly as described, shipping was prompt and pre-sale communications was excellent. However the shipment value was declared at (US$150 instead of the actual (US$567) I paid for the item. Bumper was held in Customs until I paid the law-mandated penalty for intentional undervaluation by the shipper (250% of the actual item value, hence US$1,417.50!) which is in NO WAY my fault! Both DHL and me tried to contact the seller after sale but we never got a response!
