Customer Service
We are available Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm (except bank holidays) and we endeavor to answer any query within 6 hours of these times. All listings are untested and sold as seen. Please note that photos of items also make up the description and that there may be stock images included from other retailers when item is in a sealed / new condition. If it is not included in the photographs or description, it is not included in the sale. Returns

The item will need to be returned in an unworn/unused condition. We may offer an exchange and will not refund until the item has been returned to us. We will be happy to offer a refund for the purchase cost if there is no damage to the item and all terms above are adhered to. We reserve the right to offer partial refunds when items are not returned as above. Items that are returned after 14 days may not be refunded and those that are sent prior to acceptance is at the buyer’s risk.
