We went to this event my husband's mug broke, so we replaced it with this one. This one is like brand new. Shipping took a while at NO fault to the seller. It got hung up in San Francisco for almost a month. I will definitely save this seller. Shipping costs are reasonable for the effort & price of this item. I wish there was reduced shipping for multiple items. I want to buy more from her.
