I would highly recommend this as a replacement head unit for any smart 451 owner, still battling with the original Bosch "Highline" radio / satnav. You will need an Iso to Din adaptor for the radio antenna as the supplied adaptor would connect the radio to the pre-installed satnav antenna. Fortunately, the unit comes with a new satnav antenna. Well worth every penny. Helpful folk. FAST delivery.
