Good seller , very helpful when the headphones developed a fault, but I chose to not return them as it was to expensive via shipping ,and I couldn't print a free label to return them. They only cost £13, I'd be out of pocket by around £6 to return them .it's The only downside buying cheap electronics on ebay not very economical for the buyer to pay extra to put the problem right... but that's no reflection on the seller high recommended 5*A+
