l haven't received any refund or proper communication with this seller. Right after l ordered one of the gigs, the seller went out of the office for 30 days (!) l do not recommend this seller to any Shopify business owners.

This has now been resolved for the seller. We had technical issues and tried to resolve while being away at the same time and the buyer actually purchased when we already were away.The buyers frustration is understandable as they had to be patient for a while until we finally found a way to resolve & refund them.Not sure why this means that our service fulfilment is being reviewed as we did not even get to work with this buyer as they asked to cancel the order immediately after purchasing.

The buyer accepted the website and was happy with the service and was told to contact us if they need anything else as part of our FREE bonus ongoing support giving our time to help clients at no extra charge. Thinking all was well, we were shocked to discover that they then randomly attempted to steal the site credentials and did a chargeback illegally before leaving this comment. Luckily we managed to secure the site and prevent this theft of our hard work and service.
