parcel received 19/02. Both items damaged. The paper towel holder has an obvious dent in the base. The mug tree has a manufacturing fault in the base where the enamel looks crinkled in one corner. Contacted seller that day and 3 day’s later. No response. Contacted eBay directly for resolution. Seller did not even respond to eBay’s prompting. Fair play to eBay who issued a full refund. Seller provided sub standard product and zero customer service.
