Bike arrived day after I ordered it so very pleased, it was extremely well packaged with all parts ready for assembly. An instruction manual provided was clear with photos and it took a short time to complete the assembly, the bike is very robust, all moving parts are great, the battery was about 80% charged. It’s a comfortable bike to ride, the pedal assist kicks in on inclines or you can use the bike with or without power. So far I’m very pleased with purchase and would recommend.
