It arrived as a dry rooted plant. Took a while to arrive, hence needed a bit of a water but is now recovering well. It's going to be a spectacular plant when it grows. It was as described in their advert. Didn't need to talk to the seller as everything went smoothly. But only 4 stars for delivery due to the time it took to arrive. But it was well packed and arrived in good condition. Just needed water and 48 hrs to recover
