LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES!
I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
 
RETURNED MAIL!
I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
 
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
I am not responsible for undelivered shipments if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete address.
 
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the shipment is returned and received by the seller, the buyer will receive a refund without the postage or have to pay for the re-delivery. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
 
SHIPPING!

The items are marked and made to differ in weight and size from the authentic ones in order not to be used as a counterfeit.
