I received my machine and joined their Facebook group for assistance. They shared a table pattern for me! I didn't realize there was no motor, but purchased one no problem. They provided an amazing array of tools and supplies to get started. Right down to very nice pliers and cutters for the belt, a belt, spare parts...everything. I am very happy with my machine and this company seems very responsive on FB when users have questions. I even stitched out my 1st patch yesterday :)
