Although the item did not work with my particular trailer (my fault), the seller was great at comms and issued a refund very quickly. The item itself is robust and worked perfectly. It requires a high towing vehicle (maybe a pick up truck or van) as it sits quite low under the trailer so is not suitable for say, an estate or coupe vehicle Unless you unattach the motor mover before towing.
