    The seller has EXTREMELY POOR communication skills and is very RUDE!!!!! I tried to reach out to the seller to see how the item was shipped but they did not respond to my MULTIPLE emails until after I contacted eBay about the issue with the item, and then the seller responded but they were EXTREMELY RUDE, and still didn't answer the question on how the item was shipped either in a box or envelope. I do not think they shipped the item but just placed a shipping label on an envelope that was lost.
