Three more attempts to contact Ancient City were made w no responses. While the product seems great, the customer service was quite poor. Buyer beware.

In fact, I contacted the seller to notify them of the delay, and they offered to send a new map. We gave it more time since it was the holidays, and it arrived about two weeks late. I was impressed by their willingness to immediately correct the issue, even though it was not their fault.
