This was understandable as their was a model change over 2012/2013.The communication on line with the EBay staff was really good.A refund was actioned immediately. hi all, just to let you know the 26" blade had the mounting bracket 180 degree wrong and the 16 " locking flap did not lock properly. Have to fix this myself, not easy...
