That said, this is not the sellers fault but just a note that perhaps shipping with UPS, FedEx, etc as an option, even at an optional extra cost, would be worth it for those of us that need an item delivered on time and do not want to gamble with USPS. Dealt with Pack Rats Online in the past and can say they are a good seller and will do business with them again. A++

First, I had forgotten the PO box from my address and they were quick to reply, correct it, and get it shipped to me quickly. Then when the item I received was an older version of what was pictured, they quickly searched their inventory for the newer version, but unfortunately didn't have one, so fully refunded my money AND let me keep the original item, which was perfectly fine, just not exactly what I was looking for.
