Safety shoes arrived heavily wrapped and squashed to the point they were warped out of shape. Material was bad quality - soles were cheap plastic and no good for warehouse duty. I contacted seller to refund who provided a UK address when asked, as automatically gave Chinese address which would cost too much in shipping. I would advise buyers who need substantial foot protection to look at another product. Seller was willing to communicate and helpful.
