received a broken machine that i paid $600 and seller offered me a $30 refund. refuses to refund me unless i send the machine to the manufacturer and i have to pay over $100 for shipping. return policy says returns welcome but says nothing about having to pay for it out of pocket. BEWARE of this seller. products are faulty and customer service is non existent.

Unfortunately I never recieved the package due ro a mix up with the address. This was NOT the sellers fault. I am giving a positive review on the customer service which wS excellent. My emails were returned swiftly and when I decided not to have it shipped out Gain I was refunded very quickly.
