Unbelievable! I was a little hesitant before ordering mainly due to the extremely competitive price. However, the listing did say, “Gardman product direct from Gardman”. I decided to go with it. This was a very good decision, the product is exactly what the listing says. And, amazingly it arrived today. Packaging most adequate. A little communication with the supplier was handled well. Really like the quality of Kent & Stowe tools and the price was very good.
Ordered on Sunday and delivered on the Tuesday. Unfortunately the carbon steel rather than stainless steel tool was delivered. Contacted Customer Services on the Wednesday, a collection was organised for the Thursday and the SS tool was delivered on the Saturday.
