Received item however battery had clearely leaked acid opened a return request asking for a replacement as a resolution seller then asked me to close the case before they offered to help of which I said no then accused me of trying to scam them having spoken to eBay was advised not to return due to battery acid leak (against postal rules) and eBay refunded me then received a further un pleasant msg from seller telling me I had scam them bearing they rufused to help until I closed the case

Ordered a power lead cable and received a wrench . Had to make time to find a printer for the return label, wrap the parcel again and take it to the post office . Refunded when return has been received. In the meantime, no word from the seller not even an apology. Very poor service.

MISLEADING POST - the element(s) are NOT genuine yet alone EGO (great copies) but entry-level elements. When the issue was raised with the seller - they offered a partial refund of £1.34 or invited me to raise the issue with eBay based upon the feeble excuse that no one had complained!
The post states it’s a GENUINE and/or EGO element - it’s neither. BEWARE!!

It was not about the misleading. We are selling this item and did not get any complain. Many times we said to customer to send back the item if not will but did not send back the item and keeping with it.it means customer wants to keep the item.
