The lid isn't flush when fastened so it creates a seal. 2. Drip tray prevents mugs from fitting under the nozzle. 3. The water level isn't easy to see. And 4, this is a big one. The temp goes to 110c, however if its half full & you set it to 110, it continuously boils itself dry & I think it's because of the first issue, you cant get water above 100c in a non pressurised container.

We have a rubbish disposal system if the items are too big to fit in the system they are left in the answered soul for the caretaker to dispose of them and this is where the courier left the parcel. I was not informed of this a good neighbour of mine delivered it for me, couriers must deliver to the door not leave them in the entrance hall it’s your property and it will go missin
