The only message you sent us was "to provide feedback" (using your own words). Not a request for return or like.
To which we replied that yes, applying excessive force will bend the pin and beads can come unglued. Suggested pre-making thin holes in really hard fabric.
So, not quite sure what exactly is it your expected us to do?
