These gel pads are very sticky. However my bra is designed to accommodate breast inserts. It's a mastectomy bra so they have pockets so the pads don't touch my skin. I can't see how they would stay in place without the pocket in the bra and they would be very uncomfortable. However it works for me as I have the right bra.
