Very poor service. Refused to deliver to my address in uk and would not allow pick up from their address in Leicester. I suspect Leicester is a lie, as is their claim to use Royal mail who definitely will deliver to my address. Their email responses appear to be automated as they don't refer to any of the messages I sent them. They cant recognise that I ordered two items from them in the same basket as they insist on treating each separately even though answers are same for both. AVOID!!!!!

I did have a problem with a part bearing being missing. Contacted the seller who was very polite and helpful, l supplied a picture of the missing part and was sent a replacement ASAP. l think this cross slide is good value for the money, yes you do have to make some adjustments and a bit of fettling but the effort is well worth it. l would buy from this seller again.

Great communication, dispatch, packing, delivery and product. A couple of days after I bought the item, the seller reduced the item price by more than £5. If only I'd delayed buying by a couple of days, I'd have got the lower price which others are now enjoying. Bad timing by me.
