Received 17 May. Packet had been half ripped open and a green marker 72 was written on the packet. The tan luxe was still inside and the bubble wrap was round it but the top was off and there looked a little less in the bottle than on the advertised photo, however I will keep it as it was good value for money and I've used this make before from a TV chanel years ago and found it was good to use and successful natural results.

Batterys boxes were opened so guess they were used or swapped... I contacted seller and they gave full refund.. theres no communication from seller when activated returning the batterys. so I binned the batterys
