    I don't leave anything but positive feedback generally, but I bought two different jars (£12) which were carelessly chucked in a jiffy bag with a sliver of bubble wrap between. The jars survived the journey, but not without both lids bizarrely coming totally loose in the packaging and spilling the contents. The actual smell from the soiled jiffy bag was lovely - would have liked replacements really, but the seller never responded to messages, other than just refunding.
