My scooter was damaged in transit. Not seller's fault. It happens. Seller tried to send replacement, but this was proving difficult as I work Mon-Fri and couldn't arrange courier to collect damaged scooter. Seller eventually agreed a refund. Seller was patient and understanding throughout. Shame a replacement couldn't be sent, but can't fault seller's customer service.
