    Great review of Victorian painting

    The book offers is an excellent review of Victorian painding. Well structured, clearly presented, richly illustrated. Among art writers, Christopher Wood is among the best in communicating the subject is engaging and informative way. The book is also a peasure to hold - large format, nice paper, good design. The only thing to wish is to have more illusrtation if full color. While the book has large number of color illusrations, a share of them is BW.
