The item was by far the BEST packing I have ever received. Covered with cardboard, tissue paper and bubble wrap. It came fast and advertised. Very Impressive and that was just for a $10 game outstanding.

  • Wonderful Series - Great Quality

The boxed set for Trinity Blood not only arrived in great condition, but also was worth what we paid for it. Nothing was damaged at all and the artwork on the outside cover was beautiful. The guides that came with the DVDs were great to follow along with the series and also displayed beautiful Japanese anime artwork. The DVDs themselves were great quality, from the sound to the vibrant color of the series. Voice-overs were excellent and the Japanese subtitles option was translated well for when we wanted to watch the show in its native form. The series itself was very enjoyable and the plot, while complicated in essense, was very interesting to follow. The colorful arrangement of characters was very well thought out. There was a character for anybody who watched the show, and they all were ...

  • Trinity Blood recommended

Trinity Blood is one of the first Japanese anime cartoons that I watched and really enjoyed on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. My interest in cartoons was starting to wane until I saw Trinity Blood for the first time. I didn't catch the series at the beginning, but I watched a few minutes of an episode and it held my interest enough to where I started watching it to see what would happen to the characters and how the stories would be resolved. I was impressed with the quality of the animation and interesting characters. The storytelling can be a little confusing though. I didn't always fully understand what was happening or why certain things happened, but these quips didn't diminish my overall enjoyment of the series. This cartoon does have some violent content and isn't for kids but ...

  • Slow to start, but interesting

This series is a little slow to start, but it's an interesting anime. Once you get past the fourth episode, the pace picks up and the end feels very rushed. The story is based on a series of Japanese novels (later converted into a manga) following the exploits of Abel Nightroad, a Crusnik (a kind of technologically created vampire). I don't think the animators had time to cover some of the intricacies in the novel's plot so it may feel like it has alot of holes. The end left me wishing there was more. I had fewer questions than some people I know, but the the chief complaint I've heard is that the series fails to explain a lot. This is probably true if you're the kind of person needs everything spelled out in lavish detail. This series doesn't do that. Many things are left to the viewer ...

  • Avert not thine eyes...

wow... I almost didn't want to finish it, because when I do, I will be a bit saddened (because it is finished). I very much like anime, and I especially like this because it contains religious/spiritual tones, vampires, and an awesome story line. The story line is very deep and involved. It has a nice blend of humor (Father Nightroad) and somber/serious moments. It also has its share of sad moments. Overall, awesome series. The only downside to it (in my opinion) was some of the backstory. For example, how the Methuselah come into existence. I was able to read it on reference.com, which helped. So, if you are into any of the above (vampires,anime,religious,etc...) I highly recommend this. Remember, avert not thine eyes...
